A holistic healing treatment is a comfortable, safe and very simple process. All you have to do is sit in a comfortable chair and relax. The treatment can take many forms, depending on the nature of the symptons and energies involved. Each situation is unique, so once we have established what is best course of action is for you, I will explain it carefully and ensure that you are happy to proceed.Do I need to wear any special clothing?
In short, no. All that matters is that you are comfortable. You do not to remove any clothing for a treatment.Which conditions can Holistic Healing help?
The following is a sample of some of the symptoms that might indicate the presence of negative energies or spirits. Note, the presence of one or more of the symptons do not meanthat you have a spirit attachment. However, the more of these symptons and the stronger they are, the higher the probability.- Low energy levels
- Character Shifts or mood swings
- Inner voice(s) speaking to you
- Abuse of drugs and/or alcohol
- Impulsive behaviour
- Memory problems
- Poor concentration
- Sudden anxiety or depression

How long will a treatment take?
Holisitic treatments do not follow set timings. Depending on the situation and nature of the symptoms, each session will probably last somewhere between 30 and 75 minutes.The first session will also involve a general chat about your situation and your goals for the treatment and will take around 1-2 hours.
Where can I have my treatment?
You can come to my clinic in Bracknell, Berkshire, or have your treatment in the comfort of your own home - whatever suits you.What will it cost me?
