What is Holistic Healing

A holistic approach means that we look beyond the visible and obvious symptoms to find the underlying causes. Often, aches and pains are caused by stress or anxiety. Treat the aches and pains, but not the anxiety, and the aches and pains can simply come back, again and again. My approach starts with taking the time to listen to you, to hear what you have to say. Then I can draw on a range of therapies to pull together a treatment plan that should work for you.

What about other approaches?

I am a great supporter of the “team approach” to health care. Not only do I support the treatments given to you by other therapists; I often make referrals if I feel there is another practitioner who may be of benefit and assistance.
